Up country of Sri Lanka mainly growing vegetable like carrot, Beet, Leeks. Those vegetables are many marketable value in this. The mountain Sid cut and make small field to grow vegetables. The low temperature required to growth those vegetables. Then they manage water and fertilizer in all time to harvest.
